**The evaluation forms will be sent via your One45 account. When a new evaluation form is added to your One45 account, you will receive an e-mail via your uottawa e-mail account** **Students on the Evaluation Team must evaluate the teachers and the block** **All students must evaluation their PBL tutors and mandatory activities. **The deadline to complete the evaluations for this block is October 13, 2008. Please note that you will no longer have access after this date** |
